We honor all private insurance plans and government programs that provide hearing aid funding, including: WSIB (Workers Compensation); DVA (Veterans Affairs Canada); NIHB (First Nations) and Assistive Devices Program.

Services included with your hearing aids

30 to 90 days trial period
Hearing aid check and adjustments during trial period
1 year loss/damage warranty
3 year repair warranty on basic digital hearing aids
3 ½ years on intermediate digital hearing aids
4 year warranty on advanced digital hearing aids
Cleaning and maintenance of hearing aids every four months
3 year supply of batteries
Follow up hearing tests at least once per year or as needed
Hearing aid reprogramming and adjustments as needed
Ongoing counseling on hearing aid use
The right to drop in without an appointment when problems occur
